When you sign up to the Hungrrr Website, use the Hungrrr App, create an account with Hungrrr, use our services, or contact us, you voluntarily give us certain personal information. We may collect certain information from you necessary for us to complete any sales transactions, provide our services to you, communicate with you, and receive and respond to feedback. In certain circumstances the personal information we collect and maintain may include:
- your name, address, telephone number, email address or other information to contact or identify you;
- information about the goods or services provided to or by you;
- information about your transactions with us, including account history, payment preferences, communication preferences, and other details and preferences;
- information from communications with you, including your feedback and requests for customer care;
- location information of your mobile device when any one of our Apps is open on your device; and
- voluntary information provided by you, which may include restaurant and courier reviews and ratings, referrals, special order instructions, feedback, and other actions performed on the Website or App,
collectively, we call this personal information “Sales Information”.
If you choose to voluntarily submit personal information to us, we will consider that you have consented to our collection, use and disclosure of this personal information for purposes reasonably related to your providing the information and for the purposes set out in this Policy. Since we facilitate the services of third-party food service providers (the Restaurants) and the Restaurants may use independent couriers to co-ordinate the delivery of your orders, we may share your information to facilitate these services. This may include sending emails or text notifications, processing payments, placing orders, and sending delivery instructions.
